As part of our grant with U‑M Health Community Health Services, we are expanding access to safe, reliable, no‑cost tax preparation for residents across Washtenaw County. To do this, we’re seeking local organizations interested in becoming a free tax preparation intake site, a referral partner, and/or a MyFreeTaxes access point.

By completing this form, you’re letting us know that your organization wants to learn more about how these partnership models work and how they can support your clients or community members. After reviewing your information, our team will follow up with details about partnership options and next steps.

If we receive more interest than we can support immediately, your organization may be placed on a follow‑up list and contacted as additional partnership opportunities open. Partnership Opportunities:

Free tax preparation intake site: Helps community members start the tax filing process by completing intake forms, verifying documents, and securely forwarding information to Devota Advocacy Services for virtual tax preparation.

Referral partner: Identifies clients who need no‑cost tax filing support and connects them directly to Devota Advocacy Services’ virtual tax preparation services.

MyFreeTaxes access point: Provide community members with internet access and technology support to file their own taxes online using MyFreeTaxes.com.
